This magazine was on offer at the local grocery store this week. Over the past 20 years there have been a lot of new findings about human lifespan and how we might not only live longer, but be mentally capable and physically well right up until the end of our lives.
There are multiple books and podcasts about this topic. Over the next several weeks, I plan to share what the "experts" are saying, and make my own observations about the whole thing.
Spoiler: A healthy diet, moderate exercise, and staying mentally active (including being involved in learning new things) are all factors ! Yes, there are some things you can take that may help with longevity - some in pill form, some in the food and drink we consume. What are they? What's new? Who has access? Stay tuned to find out.
